Mike Miller To Meet With The New York Knicks And Miami Heat (UPDATED)

Although Mike Miller has not ruled out a return to the Washington Wizards, he will be meeting with the New York Knicks when the free agency period starts at 12:01 a.m. EDT tonight. Via the New York Post's Knicks Blog:

At 9 p.m. Pacific time, they were planning to meet with Washington's 6-8 small forward Mike Miller before sitting down with Atlanta's Joe Johnson, according to a source.

If the Knicks have no luck with the elite five free agents, including LeBron James, Miller is a very serious option because his perimeter shooting is perfect for Mike D'Antoni's offense.

Miller shot 48% from three point range last season, the second highest mark of his career.

UPDATE: According to Michael Lee, Miller will also be meeting with the Miami Heat at some point following his discussion with the Knicks.
