Wizards Will Not Pick Up Josh Howard's Option
Josh Howard appears headed toward unrestricted free agency, according to a report from Michael Lee:
No shocker here, but Wiz will let 12 am pass without picking up Josh Howard's $11.8 million option. He'll be an unrestricted free agent.
Howard is likely due for a significant pay decrease next season. While it certainly doesn't look like he will be back with the Wizards, the team still could theoretically sign him as a free agent.
