DC-area tidbits in small bites
As has been widely reported, there's a movement among people in the city of Strasburg, Virginia to try to get the town renamed "Stephen Strasburg, Virginia" for a week. But in a twist of irony, it's looking like many residents of that town won't even be able to watch tonight's game.
SB Nation DC's Sean Fagan talked to a representative from Shenandoah Cable Television Company (Shentel), which services most of the city of Strasburg, and confirmed that neither MASN nor MLB Network is a part of its basic cable television package. Its website has a list of digital cable channels it offers, which doesn't include either station.
So if you live in Strasburg and have cable, you might be out in the cold.
