According to an ESPNews tweet, former Wizards guard Randy Foye has quickly found himself a new team to play for after having his rights renounced earlier today.
Clippers have announced they have signed free agent G Randy Foye and free agent F Ryan Gomes.
No word yet on salary or contract length but it should come as no surprise that Foye was picked up quickly. He his still relatively young at 26 and, despite taking a step backwards last season, has shown he can be an effective starter in the NBA.
No doubt the Clippers hope they get the 08-09 Timberwolves version of Randy instead of last year’s version. Good luck Randy.
