Two or so weeks ago, the Nationals placed Luis Atilano on the disabled list with elbow "tenderness." Now, he won't return this season, according to Bill Ladson:
It's official: #Nats RHP Luis Atilano is out for the season. He had bone chips taken out of his elbow Thursday.
Atilano will end the season with a 6-7 record and a 5.15 ERA in 16 starts.
