Georgetown, Missouri Will Play Each Other Next Season

Georgetown's 2010/11 schedule just got a little trickier. They will play Missouri in Kansas City on November 30, according to a University Press Release.

College Basketball is rooted in Kansas City, Mo., and two tradition-filled programs will celebrate that local history this season when the Georgetown Hoyas and the Missouri Tigers collide at the Sprint Center on Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. (9 p.m. ET) in the 2010 John McLendon Classic.

This will be the fourth year of the McLendon Classic, named to honor the legendary Tennessee State coach.

This will only be the second time Georgetown and Missouri have played. They did battle back in 1982, with Georgetown winning by 12 points.
