Okay, Donovan McNabb is kidding when he tells Dan Hellie that, if there's an NFL work stoppage, he could play for the Wizards. He's not Brandon Marshall.
↵How do I know he's kidding? Read his description of the role he'd play for the Wizards, via Dan Steinberg:
↵↵↵"Well, we just drafted John Wall, [have] Gilbert Arenas, they're looking for kind of a power guard that can come in, get a little physical down low," he said. "I can go play with the Wizards if things don't really work out. Drop about 10, 15 basketball pounds...slap some boards a little bit, get up on the rim."
↵
Basketball fans will tell you that there is no such thing as a "power guard." I'm sure McNabb himself knows that; hence, he has to be kidding.
↵(Then again, somewhere, Ladell Eackles is saying to himself "Damn, with my body type, I really should have tried to be more of a "power" guard.").
