After a relatively uneventful offseason, the Washington Capitals opened training camp on Saturday at the Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington.

The Capitals return with basically the same team that romped through the regular season, only to fall disappointingly short in the playoffs. This training camp is the first step in putting last season's finish behind them. We'll provide updates from training camp, as well as live coverage whenever possible, in this StoryStream.
