NFL Depth Chart: Redskins Retain Lichtensteiger, Jarmon and Young; Release Andserson Russell

Three more Washington Redskins have just been guaranteed a job for the foreseeable future. Offensive lineman Kory Lichtensteiger, defensive end Jeremy Jarmon and linebacker Darrel Young have been retained by the Washington Redskins according to sources.

Via Rich Campbell:

As @granthpaulsen reported, Kory Lichtensteiger made the team. He was the most athletic backup G/C they had, IMO. #Redskins

Via Grant Paulsen:

Just got a text from Darrel Young, who has made the#Redskins. Converted LB said, "They kept me on the 53 man roster.'

Via Mike Jones:

I'm told Jeremy Jarmon has made the team. #Redskins

Also, via Grant Paulsen, safety Anderson Russell has been cut but will be added to the practice squad if he clears waivers.
