The East Carolina Pirates head into Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium as 10 1/2 point underdogs to the Navy Midshipman. The Pirates will need to worry about stopping Navy quarterback Kriss Proctor, who leads the Midshipmen in both passing and rushing yardage. Dominique Davis will lead the Pirates passing attack against a Navy defense that has had trouble stopping the pass.

Navy on the other hand is coming off four straight losses, including a gut punch one point loss last week to Rutgers who fought back to beat the Midshipman. Navy will look to run the football using their triple option attack, with a few passes mixed in from Proctor. Senior fullback Alexander Teich came back from his one-game suspension last week, and will look to get back to his dominant performances from earlier in the season.
