Navy Vs. Southern Miss Time, TV Schedule, Announcers And More

The Navy Midshipmen are set to battle the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles. Here is everything you need to know about today's game:

Who: Navy Vs. Southern Mississippi

Where: Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium

When: 3:30 PM ET

TV Information: Tim Brant and Randy Cross have the call on the CBS Sports Network.

Spread: Southern Mississippi by 1.

Last game: Navy suffered a narrow defeat to the Air Force Falcons, 35-34, in overtime, squandering its 18-point comeback in the fourth quarter and falling to 2-2 on the season. Southern Miss, meanwhile, doubled up the Rice Owls, 48-24, to improve to 4-1.

Last season: Saturday's contest represents the first meeting between the Midshipmen and the Golden Eagles in history.

Key absences: Navy coach Ken Niumatalolo suspended Alexander Teich, his team's leader with 408 rushing yards, for an undisclosed, non-felony reason. Teich's absence likely means an even bigger workload for running backs Gee Gee Greene and Mike Patrick. Those two have combined for just 26 carries on the season.
