Miami Dolphins Injury Report, Week 10: Nolan Carroll Questionable, Vontae Davis And Clyde Gates Probable

The Miami Dolphins appear to be near full health for their game against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, Nov. 13. They list just three players--cornerbacks Nolan Carroll and Vontae Davis, plus kick returner Clyde Gates--on their injury report, and of the three, only Carroll (hamstring) is questionable. Carroll went through Friday's practice, but in a limited capacity. Davis (hamstring) and Gates (groin) participated fully in Friday's practice and are probable for Sunday against Washington.

Carroll ranks No. 6 on the Dolphins with 22 tackles (18 solo). The former Maryland Terrapin has yet to tally an interception or a pass defensed this season.

Davis, in his third season out of Illinois, has 16 tackles (1 solo, 1 for loss) on the year. He hasn't played since Oct. 23 against the Denver Broncos.

Gates leads Miami with 19 kickoff returns for 419 yards, a 22.1-yard average. He's also returned three punts for 32 yards, though Davone Bess serves as the Dolphins' primary punt returner. Nominally a wide receiver, Gates has just one reception for eight yards in his rookie season out of Abilene Christian. Miami quarterbacks have targeted him just 11 times through seven games.
