Jets Vs. Capitals Final Score: Washington Wins 4-3 In Overtime

The Washington Capitals and Winnipeg Jets were all tied up 2-2 after the first period. In the second period, the Capitals took a 3-2 lead and held it into the third period. In the third period, the Jets tied the game on a late goal by Bryan Little off the assist from Blake Wheeler and Mark Flood.

The game remained tied until the end of the third period, sending the game into overtime. Overtime didn't last very long however, as Jason Chimera shot in the game winning goal just 1:52 into the overtime period. It was Chimera's second goal of the game, the first tying the game in the first period 1-1. The Caps pick up the win over the Jets, avenging their loss from last week in Winnipeg.
