The Washington Redskins hit the practice field today to prepare for the New York Jets, missing some key players. Linebacker London Fletcher and safety LaRon Landry both missed practice today. Landry is dealing with a groin injury, whereas Fletcher has missed Wednesday practice the past three weeks. Defensive end Stephen Bowen (knee) and full back Darrel Young (head) also both missed practice.
Outside linebacker Brian Orakpo was limited in practice with an ankle injury, but is expected to be available against the Jets on Sunday. Wide receiver Niles Paul (toe) and offensive tackle Jammal Brown (hip) were both also limited in practice and are expected to play. Quarterback Rex Grossman was on the report with a shoulder injury, but he practiced in full and is expected to be available.
