Khan Vs. Peterson Latest Odds: Amir Khan Heavy Favorite Heading Into Title Fight

Stay connected for news and updates

The light welterweight championship fight on Saturday between Lamont Peterson and champ Amir Khan is fast approaching. According to our friends over at OddsShark, the betting lines are beginning to settle in.

Over at Bodog, the line is "Killer" Khan as the favorite, at (-1100) to retain both the WBA and IBF light welterweight titles. The line on Peterson at Bodog is currently at (+650) to win. At SBG Global, Khan is at (-1400) and Peterson is at (+925). At 5Dimes, Khan is still the favorite, at (-1333) to Peterson's (+875).

So just one day before the fight, Khan is the easy favorite across the board, but Peterson is capable of pulling off the upset. Khan has already announced that he does not intend to fight at 140 pounds again, so there is a chance Peterson will be hungrier for a win.
