DeMaurice Smith is probably hoping for solidarity among his constituents during this entire labor battle, no matter how many years they've spent in the league.
Perhaps Redskins rookie Leonard Hankerson didn't get the memo. The Redskins third round draft choice appeared to voice his frustration about not being able to get his NFL career started:

Again, Hankerson is a rookie, but I'm sure the NFLPA* wants every player, from the 15 year veterans down to the rookies, to all be steadfast in their resolve.
