The Washington Capitals had not played in a week entering Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, but they wasted no time getting back onto the highlight reel. See how Matt Hendricks did just that below the jump.

Sometimes, it is better to be lucky than good and it looked as if though Hendricks was the latter with his turnaround backhand. Hendricks actually whiffed on his initial shot, which ultimately helped him as it caught Mathieu Garon out of position.

Either way, it is good to know that Hendricks has another move to add to his limited arsenal. That shot fake was getting old.
