The Terrapins try to keep pace in the ACC Atlantic against Boston College.
The Maryland Terrapins aim to keep pace in the ACC Atlantic division when they head to Chestnut Hill, Mass. to take on the Boston College Eagles in a Saturday afternoon showdown.
The Terrapins are coming off a loss to the North Carolina State Wolfpack, their first ACC loss of the season. A late NC State field goal sealed the loss for the Terrapins, which fell to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in conference. Despite the loss, Maryland remained even in the loss column with the Atlantic division leaders, all of which have played more games in conference play than the Terrapins.
Boston College has yet to register a victory in conference, dropping its first four contests in conference, including a loss last weekend to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The Eagles are 1-6 overall, with contests against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Virginia Tech Hokies remaining on a tough schedule.
Date and Time: Oct. 27, 1 p.m.
Location: Alumni Stadium, Chestnut Hill, Mass.
TV: ESPN3
Odds: After opening as an underdog, Boston College is favored by a point or 1.5 points, depending on book.
