FAU Vs. Navy: Score update: Midshipmen score late to take 14-10 lead before halftime

The Navy Midshipmen trailed for most of the first half, but two late touchdown scores made it a 14-10 lead over Florida Atlantic before halftime.

A 1-yard touchdown rush from Jonathan Wallace gave FAU a 7-0 lead early in the second quarter. After forcing a stop, place kicker Mitch Anderson drilled a 53-yard field goal to increase the Owls' lead to 10-0.

Navy responded with a six-play, 84-yard touchdown drive capped off with a 14-yard touchdown pass from Keenan Reynolds to Brandon Turner.

With a little more than two minutes left on the clock, the Midshipmen offense went to work yet again. Reynolds bulldozed his way through the offensive line to reach the end zone and gave Navy a 14-0 lead with just seconds left in the first half.

Reynolds has been the star of the game so far. Not only has the quarterback thrown for 101 yards, but he's also rushed for 82 more. His play in the second quarter is the reason Navy holds a lead, and he'll need to continue his play if he hopes to win on Saturday.

The second half is about to begin. You can find the game airing live on CBS Sports Network.
