Heat Vs. Wizards Quick-Hit Recap: Take 100 seconds to catch up on the news, notes and must-see from last night's Wizards action -- good and bad -- with 'Postive Pixels, Wicked Pixels.' It's your morning-after Wizards hangover cure.

Positive Pixels

Big time crowd at the Verizon Center: One of the best teams in the NBA helped provide one of the biggest crowds of the season. Fans came out in droves to see LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in person. The crowd was not necessarily pro-Heat, as one might expect: most fans appeared to be casual basketball fans that wanted to witness a spectacle.
John Wall: One of the few bright spots on the Wizards roster is John Wall. His quickness and court vision cannot be denied, and on several occasions he looked off the Heat defense to set up an alley-oop for his teammates.
JaVale McGee played with passion: By the nine minute mark of the third quarter, McGee had already registered a double-double. Earlier in the game, he dunked right over Chris Bosh. It was awesome. Here's the proof:

Really, there are supposed to be more positives? Wade, Bosh and company outclassed the Wizards last night. It's not even about execution at this point -- the Heat are just too good, too deep and too focused.

Wicked Pixels

Dwyane Wade is more athletic than you: This video says everything you need to know about the talent of D-Wade. There's a reason they call him Flash, after all. The craziest part about this? JaVale McGee actually played good defense on this sequence.

Three point shooting leaves a lot to be desired: The score was 83-68 Miami, with 9:50 remaining in the fourth quarter. Curious about what the Wizards could be doing better, I ventured over to the box score and was shocked to see that Washington was 2 for 17 from beyond the arc. Did you know that is 11.8%? They were also 12 for 19 from the charity stripe. Contrast that with the Heat, who were 3 for 11 from three and 18 for 19 from the free throw line. That's the difference right there, folks. I'd compile a video of all the missed threes and free throws, but that would take an hour to watch.
Team defense is lacking as well: Way too many open shots, open lanes and easy buckets. LeBron, Wade and Bosh were all over the place, slicing, dicing and scoring with ease. Shane Battier added 16 points, with a +26 on the night. Players like Battier make a team like the Heat great. The Wizards don't have players like that (clearly).
Oh, Nick Young: He wasn't being serious in this quote, and as he answered this question he began fading away from the media like Batman would when trying to make a quiet escape. But after a rough night from beyond the arc, he was asked about it. "I was 3-10, and most of those were open looks," Young admitted while backing away. "I'm one of the best three-point shooters in the world..." Maybe one day.
