The North Carolina Tar Heels might be without star Harrison Barnes when the face the Maryland Terrapins Saturday afternoon at Comcast Center. Via Robbie Pickeral of ESPN.com:
Barnes, North Carolina's leading scorer, sprained his ankle in the first half of the Tar Heel's 68-53 win over Wake Forest on Tuesday night. He did play 15 minutes in the second half, scoring 13 points for the game.
