The Washington Wizards kick off a long road trip away from the Verizon Center in San Antonio on Monday.
The Washington Wizards just had a fairly successful home stand, but now they hit the road for a very lengthy road trip. It starts out with a pretty difficult matchup against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday, one of the best and most experienced teams in the West. The game starts at 8:30 pm and can be seen on CSN.
The Spurs are a smart team that plays to their strengths, which means this will be a very tough matchup for the inconsistent Wizards. But it will also be a good test to see if they can play within themselves and hang with this opponent.
