In the first National Semifinal game of the night, the UConn Huskies lead the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 36-33 in Denver.

Although UConn has an advantage shooting, making 51.6 percent of their shots, Notre Dame has been able to keep it close through forcing 11 turnovers. The two teams have been involved in a very fast-paced game. UConn would like to slow it up to hold on.

Stefanie Dolson of UConn leads all scorers with 12 points while shooting 6-10 from the field and blocking two shots.

For Notre Dame, Natalie Novosel leads the Irish with 11 points while Devereaux Peters has chimed in with 10. Look for those two to get more involved on offense in the second half.
