Virginia Tech Football: Saturday's Maroon-White Spring Game Will Air On ESPN3

The annual Maroon-White Game that officially ends spring practice will have a slightly different feel for Virginia Tech this year, as head coach Frank Beamer is allowing ESPN3's cameras to film the game for the first time.

The annual Maroon-White Game that officially ends spring practice will have a slightly different feel for Virginia Tech this year, as head coach Frank Beamer is allowing ESPN3's cameras to film the game for the first time.

Beamer also announced a change to the structure of the Hokies' spring finale, as the the first-team offense and defense will play for the maroon squad, with their opponents the white squad being spotted a 21-0 lead to start the game.

There are offensive pieces that need to be figured out for the Hokies, but on the defensive side of the ball Virginia Tech is in tremendous shape entering the fall, as every significant contributor from the 2011 team will return.

Here's what you need to know about Saturday's Maroon-White Game:

Game Day and Time: Saturday, April 21, 4:00 p.m. ET

Location: Lane Stadium, Blacksburg, VA
