Brother Of Vernon And Vontae Davis Arrested In Petworth Attacks, According To Report

Police in Washington D.C. have arrested the younger brother of two NFL players in a series of attacks in the Petworth area of the city.

Police in Washington D.C. have arrested the younger brother of two NFL players in a series of attacks in the Petworth area of the city.

According to NBCWashington, 19-year-old Michael Davis, the younger brother of Vernon and Vontae Davis, was arrested Thursday night.

Police had been looking for a person who had committed four assaults since Tuesday evening. One of the assaults ended in the death of a 66-year-old tourist from Colorado.

Davis has already been charged with aggravated assault in one of the attacks, and it is expected that more charges will be filed.

Vernon Davis played at Maryland and is currently a Pro Bowl tight end with the San Francisco 49ers. Vontae Davis went to the University of Illinois before being drafted by the Miami Dolphins.
