It looks as if D.C. United still can't win in Houston as the Dynamo celebrated the grand opening of BBVA Compass Stadium with 1-0 win this afternoon.
The game was pretty much a snoozer until Dynamo midfielder Brad Davis scored a goal in the 67th minute of play. Davis fired a shot on D.C. United goalkeeper Bill Hamid that he was able to get his fingertips on, but couldn't stop from entering the net, top corner. Davis then went out to celebrate in the crowd as he became the first person to score a goal in the new, soccer-specific stadium.
That might make for a great trivia question someday.
D.C. United will play their next match on Wednesday, May 16th at home against Colorado Rapids.

So far in the match, the Dynamo have been the aggressors. Houston has four shots on goal while D.C. United has none.
D.C. United have never won a match against the Dynamo in Houston in six tries and are looking to reverse that trend while the Dynamo are surely looking to have it continue and bring their current winning streak against DCU to four games
