The fourth and final spot in the 2012 Men's NCAA Lacrosse Championship Final Four will be decided Sunday afternoon when the No. 9 seed Colgate Raiders take on the third-seeded Duke Blue Devils at PPL Park in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Colgate is coming off a 13-11 win over No. 1 seed UMass last Saturday afternoon in the first round. The Raiders, in the tournament courtesy of an at-large bid, had never before won a NCAA Tournament game prior to the defeat of the Minutemen.
Duke, ranked No. 3 in the country as well as being the third seed in the championships, defeated Syracuse 12-9 in their first round game last weekend. The Blue Devils have made the Men's lacrosse Final Four seven times in school history, including the past five seasons.
