Nationals Vs. Braves: Washington Going For Second Straight Win Against Atlanta

The Washington Nationals took it to the Atlanta Braves in their three-game series opener Friday with a 7-4 victory to push the Nationals two games ahead of the Braves for the lead in National League East Division standings.

These division rivals go at it again on Saturday at 4:05 p.m. ET. Here is an opportunity for Washington to gain further separation from the struggling Atlanta bunch, with Stephen Strasburg taking the mound in Saturday's game. Strasburg faces Braves lefty Mike Minor in the pitcher's duel.

Strasburg comes into the game boasting a 4-1 record with a 2.21 ERA, 64 strikeouts and a 1.02 WHIP. By contrast, Minor is 2-4 on the season with 6.96 ERA, 48 strikeouts and a 1.45 WHIP.
