George Washington Vs. St. Bonaventure Final Score: Colonials Can't Get Back, Lose 66-56

The George Washington Colonials fell the the St. Bonaventure Bonnies 66-56, failing to pick up consecutive wins still since November. At halftime, the Colonials found themselves down 36-21, but they were able to rally back in the second half and get the game close. Late, it looked like the Colonials might be able to stage a comeback, but ultimately fell short, falling to 5-9 and dropping their first A-10 game of the season.

Tony Taylor led George Washington in scoring with just 11 points on the night, also picking up six rebounds, five assists, and three steals. Dwayne Smith was also able to pick up 10 points off the bench, with four rebounds and three steals. For the Bonnies, Chris Johnson and Andrew Nicholson both picked up 15 points on the night, also picking up 10 points off the bench from Eric Mosley.

George Washington Vs. St. Bonaventure Score Update: Colonials Trail 36-21 At Halftime

The George Washington Colonials were looking to win their first set of consecutive games since November, but at halftime it's not looking so good. Currently the Colonials trail the St. Bonaventure Bonnies 36-21 at halftime. The leading scorer for George Washington is forward Dwayne Smith, who has just five points coming off the bench. George Washington is als 0 for 4 shooting from three point range and currently shooting just 36.4% from the field while being out rebounded.

St. Bonaventure on the other hand is shooting 56.4% from the field, including hitting 4 of 8 shots from the three point line. Forward Andrew Nicholson leads the Bonnies in scoring the first half with seven points. The Bonnies have gotten contribution from several players to get their 15 point lead, including five points from Demitrius Conger, including picking up four rebounds.
