The George Washington Colonials host the Saint Joseph's Hawks Saturday in a homecoming Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball contest (4 p.m. ET on Comcast SportsNet Plus) at the Charles E. Smith Center in Washington, D.C. The Colonials (9-16, 4-7 A10) currently sits in a tie for 10th place in the league standings, however, still have a good shot of making the A10 tournament, which features the top 12 teams.

George Washington is also looking to avenge a first-round loss to the Hawks (17-10, 7-5) during last year's A10 tournament. Last season, the Colonials were the No. 5 seed in the tournament, while the Hawks were the 12th seed.

Last Saturday, George Washington edged the Richmond Spiders, 69-67, as the Colonials overcame a seven-point deficit with less than four minutes to play. Junior David Pellom and Dwayne Smith combined to net 30 points in the victory.

Pellom currently leads the A10 in field goal percentage (67.7-percent), while Tony Taylor is the team's leading scorer averaging 13.6 points per game.

Meanwhile, Saint Joe's is in the middle of a small two-game winning streak and have collected victories in four of its last five victories.

Carl Jones paces the Hawks in scoring with 16.4 points per game.
