George Washington At Temple: Colonials Take On A-10 Leaders

The George Washington Colonials men's basketball team will try to end a four-game losing streak Wednesday, as they visit the Temple Owls in an Atlantic 10 Conference game (6 p.m. on NBC Washington Nonstop) at the Liacouras Center In Philadelphia, PA. The Colonials (8-15, 3-6 A 10) are trying to stay away from the basement of the league standings, while the Owls (17-5, 6-2) are trying to remain at the top.

On Saturday, George Washington lost to the UMass Minutemen, 86-75, dropping their fourth consecutive conference game. Senior guard Tony Taylor netted a game-best 26 point in the losing effort that featured the Colonials making just 2 of 16 shots from behind the 3-point arc.

Meanwhile, the Owls are led by the solid guard tandem of senior Ramone Moore (18.0 points per game) and junior Khalif Wyatt (16.4 ppg). Temple is currently riding a six-game winning streak and is 3-1 at home in conference play this season.
