Marquette Vs. Georgetown Final Score: Hoyas Rally Back To 73-70 Win

The Georgetown Hoyas trailed the Marquette Golden Eagles 43-29 at halftime, but were able to pull it together and rally back in the second half to remain undefeated in the Big East and win their thirteenth game out of the first fourteen. Jason Clark once again had a nice performance, picking up 26 total points with six rebounds. The Hoyas also got 16 points from forward Hollis Thompson. Center Henry Sims had a nice night as well, picking up 13 points with five rebounds, five assists, and three blocks.

Marquette got a nice night from Darius Johnson-Odom, who picked up 18 points, but the Golden Eagles couldn't slow down the Hoyas in the second have, getting outscored 44-27. Shots just wouldn't fall. Todd Mayo continued to sink shots in the second half in the loss however, scoring 16 from the bench with five rebounds.
