Tajh Boyd Injury Update: Clemson QB Likely To Play Next Week Vs. Maryland

Stay connected for news and updates

It looks like the Maryland Terrapins will face a Clemson team at full strength after all. That was in question after quarterback Tajh Boyd left the Tigers' game against Boston College on Saturday with a hip injury. However, the latest injury update for Boyd has him making a full recovery in time for the game against the Terps.

Travis Sawchik of the Charleston Post and Courier spoke to Boyd's father, who said Boyd should be able to play.

Boyd has had a Heisman-caliber season for the Tigers, who remained unbeaten with a 36-14 win over Boston College. The Tigers have victories over Auburn, Florida State and Virginia Tech already this season, the latter of which happened on the road. Maryland, meanwhile, dropped to 2-3 and 1-1 in the ACC with a loss to Georgia Tech on Saturday.
