The Maryland basketball team returns to action for the first time since Sunday when they take on Mount St. Mary's from the Northeast Conference at Comcast Center. Tip-off is at 8 p.m.
The Terps are coming off a 78-71 win over Notre Dame in the second game of the BB&T Classic at the Verizon Center. In that game, Terrell Stoglin scored a career-high 33 points to lead the way, and Sean Mosley was also in double figures. The victory was new coach Mark Turgeon's second over a power-conference team. Maryland previously defeated Colorado in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off.
Mount St. Mary's enters the game at just 1-6 on the season. The lone win came at Hartford on November 16. The Mountaineers have also lost their first two conference games.
