Maryland Vs. Boston College: Terps Have 40-37 Edge At Halftime

Stay connected for news and updates

Through one half in Boston, the Terps have a slight 40-37 edge over the Eagles.

The Terps have relied mostly on a balanced offensive attack, as BC has made a point to take out center Jordan Williams, who torched them for 27 points in their earlier matchup. So far in this game? Not so much. Williams has 4 points so far in this contest.

But that's not to say that the Terps are hurting offensively. Maryland's two leading scorers this half are Dino Gregory and freshman guard Pe'Shon Howard, who have each scored 9 points. Howards 9 points have all come on three pointers, as the freshmen has really stepped up in the first half when BC was looking to take control early.

The key for the Terps is pretty simple going forward: keep the offensive balance going, and try to establish Jordan Williams inside. If they can continue their production (with more contributions from Williams), the Terps have a chance to steal a win on the road.
