Todd McShay Mock Draft Has Ryan Williams Going No. 64 To Green Bay Packers

Stay connected for news and updates

ESPN's Todd McShay has come out with his complete seven-round 2011 NFL Mock Draft, and several local prospects are projected to be drafted. The highest one in his mock draft is Maryland wide receiver Torrey Smith, who is projected to go No. 49 to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The next one after Smith is Virginia Tech running back Ryan Williams, who is projected to go No. 64 to the Green Bay Packers in the last pick of the second round.

Williams is projected by most to be a second- or third-round pick after suffering through injuries in his sophomore year at Virginia Tech. The Packers won the Super Bowl despite not having running back Ryan Grant healthy, so Williams would certainly have an opportunity to make a difference should he be drafted there.

The first round of the 2011 NFL Draft starts at 8 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, April 28, and SB Nation has everything you need to prepare: NFL mock drafts, draft projections, scouting reports, the full NFL draft schedule and more.
