DC-area tidbits in small bites
Stefon Diggs, the five-star wide receiver recruit from Our Lady of Good Counsel in Olney, MD, received quite the warm welcome yesterday on his official visit to Maryland. Not only did Terrapins fans attending the Maryland-North Carolina game create signs letting Diggs know how badly they wanted him at College Park, there was word the fans at Comcast Center were chanting his name pregame. Now, video of the fans doing just such a thing have appeared. After the jump, check out Terps fans doing there best to recruit Diggs in harmonic unison:

Many have suggested Diggs committing to Maryland would be a long shot, but even if he chooses another school you can't say the Maryland faithful didn't try their best to get the local kid to stay at home.
