An article of clothing isn't necessarily an indicator of what college a person will pick. If you don't believe us, you can ask the dozens of T-shirts and sweatshirts we have languishing in various drawers.

But when you're a sought-after pro-style quarterback making a second visit to a school (going even so far as to watch football practice), donning the gear of that particular school can easily be taken as a sign that your decision-making process is near an end.
