Capitals Loan Michael Nylander To The Panthers

The Washington Capitals have loaned reserve center Michael Nylander to the Florida Panthers, according to Kevin Oklobzija.

Panthers acquire C Michael Nylander on loan from Capitals for Amerks.

Nylander played in 72 games with the Caps in the 2008-09 season, and tallied 9 goals. He is likely headed for Florida's minor league affiliate, the Rochester Amerks.
