The Washington Capitals (33-28-6, 72 points) travel north Saturday to take on the Boston Bruins (40-23-3, 83 points), hoping to build off the momentum of Thursday night's 3-2 overtime victory against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Washington will be looking to win consecutive games for just the second time since January 15.

Saturday's matchup will be the third of four meetings this season between the two teams, and the first played at TD Garden. The Capitals won 5-3 on January 24, courtesy of Mathieu Perreault's first NHL hat trick. Boston evened the season series on February 5 with a 4-1 win behind 35 saves from Tim Thomas.

The Capitals are battling with Florida and Winnipeg for the Southeast Division title, with possibly only the division winner making the Eastern Conference playoffs. Saturday's matchup with the Bruins will be the start of six road games in the next seven contest for Washington.
