Last week, we told you that ESPN would be airing a segment of "My Wish," a staple of the network's summer SportsCenter programming, centered around Capitals captain Alex Ovechkin and his adventures on ice with Sam Jacobson of Idaho.

Well, ESPN aired the segment Thursday afternoon, and it was promptly posted on YouTube shortly after. The video is below the jump.

Alert Capitals fans will realize based on the game footage that the segment was shot back in early March. Here's a recap to jog your memory.
