The Washington Nationals used a four run sixth inning to take the third game of their weekend series with the Atlanta Braves, winning by a final score of 7-2.

After five innings, the Nats and Braves were tied at 2-2, but in the top of the sixth inning, Jesus Flores' single to bring in Michael Bourn opened the flood gates. Steve Lombardozzi then doubled to bring in Rick Ankiel and the aforementioned Flores, then Ryan Zimmerman hit a single to score Lombardozzi to make the score 6-2.

The Nats then added another run in the top of the seventh inning as insurance.

Washington gets the series sweep of the Braves and now must travel to Florida to face off with the Miami Marlins beginning on Monday.
