I am not sure if F. P. Santangelo, Washington Nationals television broadcaster and first player in Ottawa Lynx history to have his number retired, has any future political aspirations, but if he did, I might suggest starting his political career in Milwaukee. It appears some fans at Friday night's Nationals/Brewers games find The Fighting Hydrant to be a viable alternative to Mitt Romney and Barack Obama in the the upcoming 2012 election. Now, I don't want to make Santangelo feel bad, but if I was ever going the third party route in a presidential election Kodos would obviously get my vote.
For all things Nationals, check out Federal Baseball. For the Milwaukee Brewers perspective, head over to Brew Crew Ball. Stay tuned to this StoryStream for updates throughout the series. Keep up with all the trade deadline action at Baseball Nation.
