The Washington Nationals have stumbled a bit in recent days as the season winds down, dropping two out of three to the last-place Marlins. The club will now head to New York for a three-game series with the Mets, who were swept over the weekend by the Braves.
Game one of the series will feature Gio Gonzalez (18-7, 2.98 ERA) and Collin McHugh (0-1, 3.27 ERA) on the mound. First pitch from Citi Field is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. ET. Here are the lineups for tonight's game.
