It's official: we will have to wait at least one more week to see Carlos Rogers and LaRon Landry return to the football field. The Redskins' list of inactives for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers has come out, and Landry and Rogers are both on it.
Both players were limited in practice throughout the week, so this isn't a huge surprise. Landry has missed the last three games with an achilles injury suffered against the Eagles, while Rogers has missed two of the last three games with a hamstring issue suffered against the Tennessee Titans.
In a mild surprise, youngsters Terrence Austin and Jeremy Jarmon are also on today's inactive list. You'd think the Redskins might use this time to see what they have in those guys, but they've obviously decided otherwise. The other players on the inactive list are Andre Brown, Erik Cook, Derrick Dockery and John Beck.
