Cowboys Vs. Redskins Lineups: Ryan Torain Starting At Running Back Over Roy Helu

Stay connected for news and updates

The starting lineups for the Washington Redskins' home game against the Dallas Cowboys are out, and once again, Ryan Torain will start for Roy Helu at running back. This is the second straight week that Torain is starting, and it comes after he had a tough time running the ball against the Miami Dolphins. Evidently, his other attributes, such as pass-blocking, were enough to get the start.

Both running backs should still see considerable time, so fantasy owners, don't fret too much. Helu will still get plenty of carries.

In addition, right tackle Jammal Brown will start. Left guard Maurice Hurt is out, and Tyler Polumbus will start in his place.
