Washington Redskins' wide receiver Jabar Gaffney went on an unfortunate Twitter rant against a Dallas Cowboys fan who was calling him out, telling the fan to "get a life or kill urself," and much more. Gaffney was forced to face the music on Monday at Redskins Park, and he tried to explain where he was coming from with the tweets. Via Grant Paulsen of 106.7 The Fan:
Jabar Gaffney on post-game tweets : "Cowboys fans, that's how they are. I was telling the dude y'all won. Leave me alone. Don't talk to me."
The sentiment is understandable, but the word used certainly weren't. It remains to be seen what happens with Gaffney's account. He already deleted the tweets from his account, replacing them with the following message.
