ANIMATED: Fred Davis' Very Strange Touchdown Celebration

So ... what is Washinton Redskins tight end Fred Davis doing on this touchdown celebration during the team's game against the Seattle Seahawks? It looks like he's trying to do some sort of film reel thing, as if he's telling everyone in the stadium to watch the grainy film footage to confirm his athletic talent.

But at least from this angle, it's hard to see Davis' hands moving in that film reel motion. It almost looks like ... he's brushing his teeth? Declaring the Seahawks defenders crazy? Grinding Parmesian cheese? I dunno. Either way, this is among the stranger touchdown celebrations you'll ever see, and depending on how you feel about players on 3-7 teams celebrating a good play, it's either hilarious or infuriating.
