Redskins Vs. Seahawks Score Update: Golden Tate Touchdown Gives Seahawks 17-7 Lead

Stay connected for news and updates

In a game that hasn't featured much offense, the Seattle Seahawks may have just taken an insurmountable 10-point lead over the Washington Redskins. The Seahawks completed an 88-yard drive early in the fourth quarter when Tavaris Jackson found Golden Tate over the middle for a 15-yard touchdown pass. The Seahawks now lead, 17-7, with 12:45 left in the game.

The drive was a very bad one for the Redskins' secondary. At different points, DeAngelo Hall, LaRon Landry and Oshiomogho Atogwe missed tackles, allowing the Seahawks to pick up extra yards. On the touchdown, Tate easily beat Hall on the post pattern for the touchdown. Atogwe was also late to help out over the top.
