Patriots Vs. Redskins Score Update: Rob Gronkowski Scores Again, Patriots Lead, 27-20

Rob Gronkowski already set the single-season touchdown record for tight ends earlier in this game against the Washington Redskins, but he wasn't done. He just caught a screen pass from Tom Brady and carried Ryan Kerrigan several yards, breaking free for the 37-yard touchdown to give the Patriots a 27-20 lead.

The Redskins sent a blitz on third and 12, and Tom Brady looked to be in trouble. Kerrigan was on Gronkowski heavily and seemed to have him locked down. But Brady lofted a beautiful touch pass in front of Gronkowski, and the Patriots' tight end did the rest. Gronkowski shed Kerrigan and went untouched into the end zone for the touchdown. Kerrigan was even called for a defensive holding penalty that was obviously declined.
